The Cook
Kevin Curry is the creator of Fit Men Cook, a popular website that boasts hundreds of easy-to-make but incredibly tasty recipes. You can also join his army on social media by following him @FitMenCook.

His meals are proof that eating for a better body doesn’t need to be boring or complicated. Every recipe is designed to contribute to the total protein and carbohydrates you need daily to build muscle.

You don’t need to count calories or macronutrients. Curry has already done that work for you.

All you need to do? Eat a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks every day. What time you eat and which meals you eat are entirely up to your schedule—and hunger. (Check out the calendar for a look at what you’ll consume in a week.)

Plus, you can whip up several of the meals on a Sunday and reheat the leftovers to enjoy all week long. In order to combat flavor boredom, you can also select from quick-prep breakfast, lunches, or dinners.

Just pick up this grocery list and then head over to cook along with Curry’s instructional videos.

The Chisel
B.J. Gaddour, C.S.C.S, is Fitness Director for Men’s Health and creator of several DVD programs, including Get Back in Shape (which gives you three fast and intense 20-minute workouts that require no equipment). Follow him @BJGaddour for daily fitness motivation and exercise tips.

Gaddour pulled out all the muscle-gaining stops for this workout plan. He’s provided six different routines that you’ll perform Monday through Saturday. (There’s also an optional conditioning workout that you can do on Sunday.)

The workouts are divvied up into three-day training blocks. It works like this: Day 1) Lower Body (quads, hamstrings, glutes); Day 2) Upper-Body Push (chest, shoulders, triceps); and Day 3) Total-Body Pull (back, biceps, glutes, hamstrings).

You’ll then repeat that 3-day block again on days 4, 5, and 6.

And every workout uses varying loads, rep ranges, and tempos to stimulate maximum muscle growth. No muscle will be left unpumped.
